Problem
Managing social media accounts and analyzing a brand's online reputation is a cumbersome job. Out of all the buzz going on around a brand or a product, it becomes difficult to draw actionable insights. Apart from this, with the ever-evolving nature of social media platforms, it becomes difficult for systems to keep upscaling. This makes it necessary to make the existing system (Auris) more intuitive, easy to set up, and scalable for the future.

Results
The project focused on making the existing product easy to set up, use, and visually appealing. Heuristic evaluation was done to identify issues with the product. Information architecture was revamped to improve the findability of features and make it scalable for the future. f1Studioz, being a design agency, was only responsible for the design phase of the product. The client's engineering team was provided with design specs and assets to help them build the application. The impact of the project is unknown - however, it is evident from GenY Labs website that they have been able to procure many customers because of this application.

The project was a contract between f1studioz (design agency) and GenYlabs. Two designers were assigned on this project. I was responsible for the improving the IA, create wireframes, prototype and visual design of the application

Heuristic analysis of existing UI
A heuristic analysis was done to identify usability issues with the existing application. The top issues are as follows: - There is no option to select multiple feeds, hence user has to take the same action multiple times. - Sentiment representation is not prominent. - Search interaction has multiple steps. - Clickable areas of certain elements were less. - Visual fit and finish were subpar when compared to other similar applications. - Too many choices on the left nav increase cognitive load. UI is not scalable for incorporating more features.
